Our Sessions
We offer private 1-1 and duet Classical Pilates sessions, small semi-private group sessions, Studio Mat, Tower and Reformer Classes and virtual mat classes. Private sessions are the best way to experience Pilates. Each session is entirely personalised to your goals and your body.
If you’re new to Breathe, we recommend you have an Introductory 1-1 session. In this session you will be introduced to the Classical apparatus, explore the exercises, and discuss your health needs and exercise goals. We offer this first session at the discounted price of £36. 1-1 Sessions
In 1-1 sessions, the teacher personalises the techniques to your body and fitness level. These sessions are perfect if you have specific health issues, are recovering from injury, or you just want more support to help meet your health and fitness goals.
Studio 1-1s are £54. Sessions are discounted as part of our packages. (See Packages section below.)
Duet Sessions
Duet sessions are perfect if you’d like the tailored support of a private session but are happy to share it with a friend, family member or training partner.
Studio Duets are £64. Sessions are discounted when a package is purchased. (See Packages section below.)
Tower Classes
Tower classes extend the Classical Pilates mat repertoire, adding springs and resistance to challenge the body's stability, and build strength and flexibility. These classes have a maximum of 4 participants.
Clients are asked to have an introductory 1-1 session prior to joining a Tower class.
A one-off Tower class is £20. Sessions are discounted when purchased as part of a package. (See Packages section below.)
Mat Classes
In our studio mat classes, you’ll explore the Classical Pilates mat repertoire in small groups of 6. We offer a standard mat class and a range of mat classes that incorporate small apparatus, such as the Half Barrel.
Our discounted Studio Mat Class packages can be used for any of our mat classes. (Please see the package section below.) A one-off mat class is £14, and a mat with barrel class is £15.

Reformer Classes
We will offer Beginner level and Intermediate level Reformer Classes. Advanced Level classes will be added at a later date.
In the Beginner Level class, you will use the Universal Reformer. An ideal class for those who are new to Pilates, or are returning from an injury or long absence from practice. Our Intermediate class is designed for those who regularly attend Pilates sessions and ideally with no injuries.
Classes are limited to 3 clients only with hands on assistance for guidance and safety. You will work on the other fundamental pieces of Pilates apparatus, including the Mat, Wunda Chair, Barrels and Magic Circle.
A one-off Reformer Class is £22. Classes are discounted in our packages too (See Packages section below.)
24hr cancellation policy: Please be aware that we ask clients to provide 24 hours notice to cancel a session or regrettably you will be charged. (Courses are exempt from the 24 hour cancellation policy. They are non-transferable and non-refundable.)
