Welcome to Breathe Pilates Sheffield

We are Sheffield’s finest fully-equipped Classical Pilates studio and centre for mind and body healthcare. Based 5 minutes from the city centre, we’re close to the University of Sheffield and Sheffield’s beautiful Botanical Gardens, with ample off-road and on-street parking.

Classical Pilates delivers the method the way Joseph Pilates intended, focussing on strengthening and lengthening your body through controlled movements. Classical apparatus, like the Universal Reformer and Cadillac, use springs and straps to provide gentle resistance, so movements are executed with greater precision and control. Visit the Classical Pilates Apparatus page to learn more about the Classical method and to view the apparatus we use to achieve the difference you’ll see in your body.

We offer one-to-one sessions, alongside group apparatus and mat classes. In one-to-one sessions the teacher will personalise the techniques to your body and fitness level. These sessions are perfect if you have specific health issues, are recovering from injury, or you just want more support to help you meet your health and fitness goals.

Our small group apparatus classes have a maximum of six participants and our mat classes have a maximum of eight participants, ensuring you receive tailored support throughout the class.  To read more about the sessions we offer, visit our Pilates page.
