Rosalie Sevell
With an active childhood in South Africa; a major portion of which was spent in trees, a love of movement and particularly expansive movement was instilled in me. I found Pilates, or maybe it found me, in 2007. At my very first session, the feeling of empowerment and well-being I felt was enough to convince me to learn more.
I love the fact that Pilates is non-competitive, that it is able to challenge and reward every body and everybody without the need for judgement and criticism; that within the structured Classical format, there is enormous scope for an individualised programme, that clients leave a session feeling energised, healthier and radiant.

Helen Ball
As a professionally trained dancer and aerialist, Pilates was an essential part of maintaining my physically demanding routine. After suffering a rare allergic reaction and undergoing major open-heart surgery, Pilates was my route to recovery and rehabilitation. It kept me positive and helped me rebuild my body.
My experience as a professional aerialist, along with my own rehabilitation journey and keen interest in physiology influence my approach to Pilates.
My goal is to help people get the most out of their body, whether they are training as an athlete or simply wishing to improve their overall physical wellbeing.

Sam Webster
As someone who was prone to injury and came from a martial art movement background, I found Pilates was the answer to all my problems. I began to see Pilates as the foundation of all movement. By using the principles of control, breath, concentration, precision, centering and flow, I understood that any body, no matter what their needs may be, they can do Pilates and move better.
My approach to teaching has embodied these key words: listen, adapt, connect and move. Take things slow first, then find the flow and grace of the movement. And don't forget to have FUN!

Carol Chaves
I am a physiotherapist and have specialised in Pilates since 2010. My passion for studying and understand the human body started at an early age. I have always been into all kinds of sports and dancing. My first job, when I was only 16, was as a Belly Dance instructor. From then on, I felt the need to deepen my knowledge of principles such as biomechanics, anatomy, and physiology. This led me to a degree in Physiotherapy. During my course, I was introduced to and fell in love with Pilates. Since then I have been using the technique for rehabilitation and for improving the quality of life of my clients and patients.

Nina Hartley
My passion from a young age has always been movement. Now seeing how my daughter is learning to move and balance It's made me even more aware of the depth and skill of Josef Pilates work. I have always had a strong Yogic practice and have found this complements all I learn in Pilates also. With both practices I find balance in body and mind; I feel I can manage all that comes in my path using these methods.

Yukiko Roberts
With a background in education, I am passionate about lifelong learning and seeing real change and progression in others.
My journey has taken me from a degree in language teaching, teaching in the UK and International schools and now Pilates.
My training started with BASI and I qualified as a MAT instructor. Working within this system over the last couple of years I started to consider the next level of training and how I would be able to provide the most structured and applicable methods of pilates training for my clients.
