Studio T&Cs
Booking, payment and cancellation
All classes/sessions must be paid for in advance.
All sessions are 55 mins.
Discounted introductory sessions can only be purchased once per client.
Payment is made securely via PayPal or Stripe. We do not accept cheque or cash.
Bookings are non-refundable but can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session starts. Breathe Classical Pilates and Rosalie Sevell Pilates do not issue refunds.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel a session or class. This can be done by you via the emails you’ve received about the booking or via your Acuity account (if you’ve registered). We do not accept emails or voicemails as a form of cancellation.
Cancellations made within the 24 hours before the booking will be charged as a Late Cancellation (full fee).
‘No Shows’ will be charged as a Late Cancellation.
Courses are exempt from the 24 hour cancellation policy, as the sessions within the course are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Package expiry dates
Packages of 5 are valid for 60 days from date of purchase.
Packages of 10 are valid for 90 days from date of purchase.
Packages of 20 are valid for 180 days from date of purchase.
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Courses
A course is a series of sessions booked as one. Clients are obliged to book all classes within the course. These sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable (i.e. if a session is missed, it is forfeited.) Classes within the course cannot be cancelled and so are not covered by our 24 hour cancellation policy. The course expiry date is the last session within the course.
Health and Safety
All clients are required to complete a health questionnaire prior to their first visit.
During a studio session, if at any time you feel any discomfort or pain, please stop the exercise and inform the teacher on duty.
If your medical details (e.g. relevant medication) or health (injury, illness etc) change, please inform us by email so we can update your record and inform the teachers. Please also remind the teacher on duty so that the workout session can be adjusted to their requirements.
By attending the studio or virtual sessions, you declare that all and/or any exercises prescribed or administered to you are undertaken at your own risk. You will not hold Breathe Classical Pilates, Rosalie Sevell Pilates, or any of its teachers responsible for injuries which may arise.
Age policy: If aged between 12-15 years old, a waiver must be signed by a parent/guardian, and the parent/guardian must be present during session. If aged between 16 -17 years old a waiver must be signed by a parent/guardian.
Prenatal Policy: Doctor's approval is needed before attending. Private 1:1 sessions are recommended, so sessions can be tailored to specific needs and the client is able to be closely monitored.
Housekeeping
Please wear suitable fitness clothing and no jewellery (including belly button rings).
Please do not wear garments with zips, buttons and rivets as these can damage the apparatus.
Please avoid wearing heavy make-up or strong perfume.
Socks must be worn in the studio at all times.
Only water can be consumed in the studio. We are no longer able to provide water due to COVID-19 precautions. (No other drinks, chewing gum or food can be brought into the studio.)
Phones to be on silent in the studio.
Please keep all personal items inside the studio. (Clients are welcome to change in the toilet changing space, but do not leave items there.)
Breathe Classical Pilates and Rosalie Sevell Pilates cannot be held responsible for items lost, misplaced or stolen whilst on the premises.
Please treat our teachers and clients with respect. Rude or aggressive behaviour cannot be tolerated.
General T&Cs
Breathe Classical Pilates and Rosalie Sevell Pilates reserve the right to substitute teachers if required for sickness or holiday.
Breathe Classical Pilates and Rosalie Sevell Pilates reserve the right to cancel or change a session due to sickness of the teacher, holidays, and if only two or fewer clients are booked to attend the class.
Breathe Classical Pilates and Rosalie Sevell Pilates reserve the right to make changes to our services at any time.
If a client seriously or repeatedly breaks the conditions of this agreement, or does not pay sums owing to us on or before the due date, they will be barred from the studio. The client would then cease to be a client of Breathe Classical Pilates and Rosalie Sevell Pilates and all unused and booked sessions will be forfeited.
